My writing has never been that serious and has mostly been for fun, but I am quite prolific and I am interested in a varied range of subjects.

The last few years I have had a growing interest in gardening that started me thinking about "Green Issues" more and more as my passion for composting all things took hold. From there it was but a small step into recycling generally and then onto more and more broader issues affecting the environment from many aspects.

Some of the articles on this site were originally conceived for one or other of my additional web-sites:

Most of the gardening type articles were written for the local Talking Newspaper although several are extracts from various book projects. The Computer recycling pieces were put together for Colwich Computer Club that I do a little voluntary work for on behalf of Age UK. Other pieces were written specially for this site after something, usually in the news, caught my attention.
