MATTERS ARISING OUT OF MINUTES
Walton Homes have been written to.
The "30 miles thro the Haywoods" green stickers are still to be collected.
It was thought the wall at St.Michael's Church could be used to put a notice board on.
We would like the same type as at Great Haywood, with appropriate plaque
Tom said he would get the board, in conjunction with Barrie.

** The Coping stones on the wall at Great Haywood are loose and dangerous - and have been reported.
** Our thanks to Alan for printing the Coffee morning tickets.
** Anne has spoken to Helen, at the Spa Shop (Colin Mason) and suggested they have IN and OUT LINES painted. Anne to contact Mr & Mrs Mason.
** The Colwich Community Hall is in Facebook
**The Bench by Roseacre - Walter and Barrie to deal with.
** Grass by Abbey - Anne has discovered this is not cut by anyone, and has asked Trevor Cox to cut it every 2 weeks at present, at 30.00 per cut.

n.b......since then, I have discovered the grass at entrance to G. Haywood (A.51) is only cut once a month. I have instructed Michael Lennon to official instruct Weston Ground Maintenance to cut it 2 weeks after the 1st cut, and send the bill to B.K.V.
Tom cuts all the grass at the Colwich end. as well as Weston Ground Maintenance.
The Parish Centre grass is cut by Tom and W.G.M.

** Hound Cottage - Andy Cooper has cut the grass occasionally in the past. - the owners are now cutting the grass, and will make a small flower bed when the right time comes.
